Hi there!

My name is Dakota Gleason, I am a multimedia artist from Boston, Massachusetts. Since earning my Illustration BFA from MassArt in 2021, I've made my living between arts education and business management. My personal practice is process forward and experimental; I am currently most excited by birds, insects, crustaceans, landscape observation (especially trees) and reportage of human experience- whether it be experience in the world at large or one’s inner world. When I’m not at my day job, I’m pursuing public art projects and building my portfolio with hopes of landing a residency at a national park.
